I was set up out there maybe 30 minutes before hand, and it was WINDY. I even had to hold my tripod to make sure it wouldn't fall over. With about 15 minutes to go, it started getting really dusty, and I ended up standing through a dust storm. It then rained pretty hard on me for about 5 minutes (thankfully I had an umbrella for some reason) which got rid of some of the dust. There was also lightning right above me, which didn't make me feel too great considering I was holding a metal tripod. All these things came from one relatively small cloud too. I ended up lucking out with this weird, dusty storm light and I got a little bit of a rainbow too!

I rarely give my photos names, but I titled this one "Clearing Haboob" just because I love the word haboob. A haboob is an aribic term for a dust storm in arid regions, in case you didn't know.
