The FS was conducting some burns out toward Williams, and smoke was settling in the low areas. Around 530pm when driving through Cheshire, there was practically a smoke fog from all the houses burning wood in fireplaces. Wood fires might be nice, but I don't want to live anywhere they are a primary source of heat. It just can't be healthy.
