I had six of these nasty blood sucking insects get into my tent. It is no wonder I had trouble sleeping that night; the kissing bugs left big welts on my face and head, draining quite a bit of blood. I kid you not, one of them was over 1" long and had wings; known as the 5th phase. I read somewhere that kissing bugs are especially fond of woman's sensitive areas due to an abundance of blood vessels found there. In any case, watch out for these disgusting bugs and keep the tent zipped up all the way.
