According to Alex Patterson's book, "A Field Guide to Rock Art Symbols of the Greater SW," the mult-headed robot looking figure may be the Hokokam representation for "Tlaloc, the goggle-eyed rain god of Mesoamerica." The big horn sheep representations are somewhat obvious.
