I could not find a source for this spring as far as pipes go, there was one pipe just below surface of water and it seemed pretty clogged. Consequently, this may have just been stagnant water left over from rains, I would not count on in middle of summer. Also pulled two dead birds from water, so Blanco didn't make it any worse
