This is the "rock cairned" recommended Upr Bear Canyon Drainage entrance location which is within 150 yards of the
East Bear Canyon intersection.. see pic 5 (it should be noted that as of this 9/26/14 hike day, it was a mess to navigate the washouts, heavy growth, and down trees for the last .125mls down hill to reach this canyon entrance location)
