and yep, it's a big pond. I ran into a hiker who said it was Dry Lakes. There is another little pond out of the photo to the right. It looks like there was a dike but a hole was made to let it drain into another pond. Kathy and Karl and I actually walked right past here on the far side two years ago. We didn't notice this though it was raining and because it was in August, there may not have been any water.
