Saw the black rubber tubing first. Thought it was a stray piece of sprinkler tubing. Picked it up, thinking it was a crack pipe. Then realized, no, heat would melt the plastic and rubber. So, maybe something for huffing glue / paint / whatever druggies do. Definitely not a bong. (And I saw some creative bong engineering back in the day ...)
