Views from nearly 80ft on the Heliograph lookout tower just below where it's closed off. I'm not sure if this thing still has the original wooden stairs from 1933 or not but all I know is with each step up this thing was creaking and cracking so I felt more comfortable putting my feet near the edge of where the boards met with the steel beams, instead of the dead middle of the boards like you would normally climb stairs. I'm 225lbs and that last thing I want is to take one hard step and crack through one of those measly pieces of wood.
