The East Fork Black River is a small stream with lots of minnows and crawdads. The wide grass covered banks make for easy hiking. About 2 miles down stream the canyon narrows and fallen trees and brush make for slow hiking. I'd been in that part of the canyon before and didn't care to return on this hike.
