A large meadow in the bottom of the drainage which leads down to the West Fork Black River. It started to rain at this point so I put on rain gear and put away the camera. Unfortunately it rained steadily all the way down the West Fork to the north boundary of the Thompson Ranch so I didn't get any pictures of the West Fork.
