OK - The disk is named "Initial Monument" and is dated 1923.
It was set in conjunction with the survey of the Maricopa/Yavapai border and ironically has nothing to do with the 'big guy' frustum.
The disk is associated with Frustum #1, which is out of sight, about 200 feet away.
