Blue belly lizard on the trail. This guy stopped right in front of me on the trail. I took a step and he moved forward the same distance. He stayed in front of me for quite a way. Then he finally took into the bushes. I've observed that stubborn insistence on staying right in the middle of the trail in these guys before.
