small pond near catfish lake and the way to pinecrest peak but the sign in the area has no mention of this at all. the sign only mentions "s. berry mtn mtb" going towards catfish lake and "pcrest no mtb" back towards the pinecrest lake loop. lots of chopped brush thrown on the trail towards pinecrest lake i guess in an effort to stop mountain biking.
