oh ya, Wendy was saying "ostentatious" for this part of the hike. You hike on a shelf for a bit before heading around the corner to the Pass. I just can't tell you how stunning this all was and I was very tired. There is also little waterfalls above us to the right. You are looking at Thunderbird Mountain on left and in the background Mount Carter.
