The wall crosses the creek here and has a opening for the stream. I was surprised to find this short section of wire fence across the opening in good shape and that it and the walls had not been taken out by flash floods. I would think that if these walls had been built by Indians 650 years ago there would have been several flash floods since then that would have wiped out the wall here.
