My third knee.
Developed a painless but very strange cyst of some sort, size of a ping pong ball and filled with fluid.
Kind of freaked me out a first but with no discomfort I figured I was fine.

On another note these Asics Gel Venture 6's are the most comfortable shoes I've ever hiked, brand new but not anymore.
