We couldn't figure it out on scene. After some photoshop forensics at home I figured out it says Manzanita Spring 1/2M. Odd to see that on a metal sign. Perhaps I'll have to go check it out sometime. If it's on the map and there's a metal sign on the trail, it must have at least been flowing at one time. It would be interesting to see if it still is. The sign isn't in the location that I would leave the trail looking for it -- at least if it is where the map has it marked!
