We followed Wally Frack's route up from 12/16.... the turn off from the drainage was no longer there, team insisted upon continuing up the drainage. I followed my instincts and chose to get back on track... worked up about 1/2 way up before reconnecting on Wally's route...(center ridge). one of the most brutal and punishing bushwhacks... catclaw, Prickly Pear, Skree, Loose gravel, Yucca, NM Locust, mosquitos, full sun. Team continued on the right, reconvened with them up at the divide.
