Ceide Fields is a cool archaeological site (ruin foreground) with many acres of stone walls buried under the peat. Almost 6000 years old these are thought to be corrals for cattle. They've been mapped by probing through the peat with long steel rods. (There is an excellent BBC documentary about it I'd seen a while ago.)
