The sign at the interesection of the #150 trail and the unmarked "abandoned" trail that follows the top of the RIM ridge north towards Center Mtn Trail #142. That large diameter post had completely rotted through at the base and was laying on the ground. Oregon_Hiker dug out the hole, we reinserted the post and wedged rocks around it. Probably good for a year.
