Always nice to meet a new hiking buddy. I was prepared for busting through New Mexican Locust and Manzanita with my rose pruning gloves and snake gaiters. Katie and Lee seem to be able to slip through that stuff with few scratches and have little need for all that protection. I'm just clumsy.
