Trough on the other side of the road had an abs pipe "above" pouring water. Then piped under the road to this pond. Bruce argued it was spring fed. I argued it was well fed. The name of the wash is Government Spring Wash. Checked topo, I don't see a spring within a mile. I'm confident he'll get this tapped geyser documented.
