We had to bypass this area in Willow Creek.
When we got up top we noticed the 20' deep hole at the bottom of one of the pour offs.
The black is 3/4" irrigation pipe.
The blue device I believe was used as a pulley/feed system for the pipe, so it did not scrape against the rock as being reeled out.
