One of at least six remote sensor for possibly ground water levels and/or seismic activity as this area is Alternative 2/3 for dumping tailings from the Resolution Copper underground mine just east of Superior. If this alternative is chosen, within 25-30 years there will be a 7 square-mile 500-foot tall hill of tailings... roughly 1/4 the height of Picketpost Mountain.
