Supposedly there is a proposal for a mountain-bike trail up 2303 from the other side, then following the ridge to the right up toward Usery Mountain. I've hiked it and it would take a LOT of work to bypass the numerous rugged boulder fields along the way. Hiking maybe, but not biking.
