I find this surgery so interesting. Kai tore his achilles tendon off the bone. Surgeon cut a piece of bone at the top of the tibia and rotated it about an 1/8 of an inch. See the notch at the top of the tibia. This notch helps hold the bone in place with the downward pressure the dogs have on their knee.
