Several inches of gravel will be brought in to lay on top after the roadbed has been flattened and the culverts prepared. The construction crew told me the FS is asking them to institute closures. In the meantime it's open and muddy, with occasional delays behind the equipment. Asked on the timeline, I was told "months".
