This is the (my) recommended ~Upper Dane Canyon Drainage Elk Route "Exit Location" Out and UP to connect with closed FR9616B

Also Note: This off-trail exit route is now difficult to navigate with lots of deadfall, route finding, so the ability to closely follow my posted Gps Route at an ~80ft to 120ft interval is recommended
