UL I'm going with Aster and I think it's a Tansy
LL this one is so frustrating and it's just not the best photo. I think this is its fall color; I think it's normally another color, perhaps green instead of red. Plantsnap said Green Amaranth so I'll go with that for now. But I also like Redroot Pigweed.
