Bobcat Trail has no trailhead. It gets plenty of use from the neighborhood with its own network of trails. To the right is "Future Park Site" on 2012 preserve maps. That wording is gone on recent maps. For reference, the 303 begins west/behind on the flipside of I-17 in line with this road.
