This tunnel is definitely not safe, you can see places where the ceiling caved in and left piles of debris on the floor. I can remember as a teenager down in Patagonia going in a tunnel and wandered what these mounds of dirt over the tack were, then we heard a thump and the ceiling behind us collapsed leaving a pile of debris. We high tailed it out of there and ever since I'm leery about going in mines.
