Sears Kay Ranch. I once hiked up to the ranch from Camp Creek Falls. Not seeing any No Trespassing signs I cautiously proceeded on through the ranch site which appeared to be un-occupied on that day. It's quite a setup and had a nice bathroom in one of the buildings which I took advantage of as I passed by. Upon reaching the north end there was a locked gate with a No-Trespassing sign on the outside. I quickly exited the compound and returned to the Blue Wash Trailhead on the road.
