This was our late lunch at Uncle George's in the Volcano House. Let the fresh fish and Mai Tais begin. Instead of using tortilla chips, they use wonton chips. The bottom dish is coconut crusted fish, yum. And, of course, everything comes with rice.... I mean everything. This Mai Tai had a splash of amaretto thus making it unique... but not the winner.
