After challenging route-finding with GPS and lifesaver cairns since Angel Basin, I was bursting with joy to be in the correct canyon, heading in the correct direction. Decided to celebrate with a break so I climbed outta the jungle to this sliver of shade for a standing room only break. Awkward footing and clinging to a wall, I was able to switch water bottles and clean the crap outta my shoes and let my feet dry out a bit.
