Our residence for the nite Horseshoe Mountain Lodge and across the way is the Coffee Depot which was very good. It is an actual old train depot and they've honored the theme and style. The Federal Highway Administration gave a $94,000 grant for the purpose of restoration of the old depot and adding a new roof. Subsequently, the Hogle family donated a caboose once used in the construction of the Hoover Dam. Mt. Pleasant City’s Community Development and Renewal Agency also donated $25,000 towards restoration efforts for the depot and Caboose.
