Traveling back to Arizona, we stop at nearby Mesa Verde National Park. Hikes to the ruins require a park ranger tour to the sites. There are several areas where dwellings exist but all require a guided hikes. There are some hiking trails that don't require fees for guided tours but not to dwellings.
