Patent for type of stamp mill at Glines Canyon Mine. I'm not sure what would have driven the piston on the right, perhaps water at high pressure from the pipeline descending the hillside from a creek flowing out of the Par Value Lakes high above. There was what appeared to be a small steam boiler nearby but it seemed small for running an engine and may have been used for some type of gold or silver extraction process.
