AI had trouble IDing the top flower but after a couple stabs at it I thought this made the most sense: Euphorbia polycarpa, or smallseed sandmat. I still think of it was Rattlesnake Weed. In one area it overwhelmed the ground so it must be a fast spreader.
And as you can see, ocotillos were nicely leafed out for us to enjoy.
