Baby deer! This little fawn was so young he had a hard time walking! I saw him and his mom from the top of a rise. I stopped and the mom bolted. The little fawn tried to as well, but his little legs still weren't developed all the way. So he went to default danger mode - hide in a little ball. It was so cute! Of course, hiding on a road is not the best idea. I eased the truck around him on the side and went along my way. Good luck little guy!
