some more of the flora along the way. I noticed those rather large and perfectly shaped pine cones on a tree branch in the lower left photo. The Gold Bearded Penstemon were a very vibrant coral color today. The columbine were rather small and looked a little tired when we initially went by but on the way down, they got a little rain so seemed perkier. Nice to see some moss along the trail as well.
