Just before turning south from the Greenway sidewalk onto 18th St. No way hell I would ride a main artery during rush hour -- not even with a bike lane (which Greenway lacks) I actually saw a , on Frank Lloyd Wright, just east of Scottsdale Rd. doing exactly that suicidal maneuver one afternoon rush hour. And he was a serious biker, not some mentally ill rando!
