Another nice hike in Bryce Canyon. This trail was too crowded though as it was the trail all the park rangers recomend. Descends into the canyon and goes to a hoodoo that resembles a queen. I prefer the Peekaboo loop hike as it is more scenic and less crowded.

Nice short loop hike in the cool pines along the rim of Bryce Canyon. The weather was cool and perfect and it was a nice relaxing hike with good viewpoints of the park. Great cool down hike after some of the harder hikes in Bryce Canyon.

Nice scenic hike in Dixie national forest outside of Bryce Canyon. Resembles Bryce because of the many hoodoos. Nice short easy hike on the way back to the hotel.

Nice hike to a cool spring fed dripping cave and a nice waterfall in Bryce Canyon. The stream in Water Canyon is not natural it is diverted water from the Sevier River.

Another hike in Dixie NF outside of Bryce. There are some interesting rock formations along the way including one that looks just like a camel.

Great hike although the hike out is difficult with a pack!

Great water for swimming. Lots of exploring to do on this trail once you get to the creek!
Awesome!!!

I did the box today. Did not hike the loop. I went to the box which was amazing!!!! You are suddenly boxed in by walls. There was water in some pools. Saw Lizards and some amphibians!! It is a HARD hike!! Please be ready for it!!! My friend had a lot of trouble because he hasnt been hiking very often. It was hard for me and I go hiking almost every weekend. Bring plenty of water at least 1 gallon and a half.

Went up last weekend for an early morning loop around Pass Mountain. I like the trail as for part of it you see nothing but wilderness and no city. I found and photographed a Regal Horned Lizard. I only saw 3 other hokers the entire 7.4 miles. It was great!
