Day 88. Camped near 1732.9 (14.2)
After a night in Ashland, I resupplied in the morning then hitched back to the trail. It was about 1:30 when I got going. There was a stash of water at the trailhead so I downed some water before heading out. It was smokey so the views of Pilot Peak and the surroundings were limited.

Day 89. Camped near 1764.3 (31.4)
Another smokey day so there wasn't much in the view department; wish I could see Oregon! Terrain was mild and the tread was good so I was able to make miles easily today. Amazing trail work across many lava/talus fields. Basically the talus was filled with pumice then covered with dirt. That made what would have been tedious and slow walking easy. Near the end of the day, stopped at the South Brown Mt. Shelter for water, then went another mile and called it a day.

Day 90. Camped at 1796.0 (31.7)
Had about 9 miles to hwy 140 (PCT mile 1773.4) this morning, mostly through forest so not a lot of views. Tread was good and the walking easy. The rest of today will be on the next trip report.
