Bradshaws
Did the loop counter-clockwise from NMVC with Bradshaws. Last time I did it, about two months ago, I stopped three times for 30-second breathers on the way up. This time, talking most of the way, only stopped once. And, honestly, did not really need to. I don't think it was less pollution. Maybe I'm getting stronger? :-k
