Horn Peak Trail #1362 is a 2.9 mile one way hike with 3,939 feet elevation gain. Located 52 miles west-southwest of Pueblo Colorado. July and August are the best months to enjoy this hike.
This trail follows the drainage till it comes to a reroute then goes up the ridge to the top of Horn Peak. Horses and mules are not allowed on the trail after it begins on the reroute. The trail is approximately 3 miles. The trail is hard for hiking. Located in the Sangre de Christo Wilderness.
