Overview: The hike follows the path of the receding Angel glacier. The last 1/4 mile is steeper uphill to the glacier lake. You can continue on past the lake to Edith Cavell meadows. Wildlife in the area are not afraid of people.

    To hike
    From Jasper, take the Icefield Parkway (93) south 6.7 km, then make a right at 93A and go 5.2 km. Turn right at Edith Cavell road and take this road 14 km to the parking lot.
