Carson River Canyon is a 8 mile one way hike with 500 feet elevation gain. Located 4 miles east-northeast of Carson City Nevada. October and May are the best months to enjoy this hike.

    Take Highway 50, 5 miles east of Carson City to County Road 65, one mile south to Carson River. Trail starts on the northeast side of the bridge.
