Overview: This is a nice trail for a day hike because it is not as steep as many of the other trails in the area. The access road to the trailhead passes by the location of an old sawmill camp. Sawmill cabin is reached after 7.5 miles and is maintained by the grazing permittee in the area, but is open to the public. The trail ends six miles west of the cabin at Honeymoon campground.
When hiking several trails on a single "hike", log it with a generic name that describes the hike. Then link the trails traveled, check out the example.
