Syllabus
Evans Canyon is a 9.47 mile one way hike with 1,462 feet elevation gain. Located 94 miles east-northeast of Yuba City California. A high clearance 4x4 vehicle and a competent driver is recommended to access the trailhead. October and May are the best months to enjoy this hike.


Overview: Seldom visited canyon trail which starts in the desert and climbs up to a scenic pass in the Sierras overlooking a vast valley.
